Administration building is located in Zvolen city part Stráže close to motorway R1 section and Retail park Zvolen.
This four-storey building, including its adjacent external areas, was completely reconstructed in 2012. The result thereof is a modern building having an attractive interior with the above standard technical equipment.
Administration building is located in front part of campus. There are 11 parking places in front of the building and 60 parking places in a surveilled space behind the building.
The surrounding of the building and its interior is surveilled by 20 cameras. The entrance into the administration building and its separate blocks is accessible through so called electronic gatekeepers. The interior is equipped with heavy current and low current system, having sufficient capacity.
The building is heated and air-conditioned by modern VRV III COMPACT system which provides for low energetic demand thereof. The system works as a heat pump and it is connected to 47 interior units placed on parapets or ceilings of the space. Heating and air conditioning may be controlled individually from each space. The system allows energy consumption monitoring and energy consumption evaluation of each space.
There is a modern lift in the administration building. There is also a kitchen in each block of the administration building and bathrooms (gents/ladies) on each floor thereof. Each administration unit is equipped with carpet with an adequate endurance resistance, each business unit is equipped with highly resistant PVC floor and each communication unit is equipped with gres floor.
